We cannot provide legal advice, so we encourage you to speak with your family and an independent legal adviser before finalising your Will. There are several ways you can include DeadlyScience:

1. Whole or part of your estate: Leave all or a portion of your estate
2. Percentage of your estate: Gift a set percentage of your estate, ensuring your contribution remains proportional regardless of estate value
3. Specific dollar amount: Leave a fixed amount to support our programs
4. Residuary gift: Give part or all of the remainder of your estate after providing for your loved ones and final expenses
5. Asset donation: Donate an asset such as property, shares, or other items of value to support our programs

You may use wording like the following in consultation with your legal adviser:

• Whole or part of estate
  “I give, free of all duties or taxes, the whole/part of my estate to DeadlyScience Ltd (ABN 71 640 734 390) for its general purposes.”
• Percentage of estate
  “I give, free of all duties or taxes, [___]% of my estate to DeadlyScience Ltd (ABN 71 640 734 390) for its general purposes.”
• Specific dollar amount
  “I give, free of all duties or taxes, the sum of $[___] to DeadlyScience Ltd (ABN 71 640 734 390) for its general purposes.”
• Residuary gift
