Your recycling supports real impact — helping deliver diverse STEM resources like books, telescopes, microscopes, and science kits to remote and regional communities. These tools spark curiosity, inspire imagination, and open pathways to future careers in STEM.
What you can return
Eligible containers include:
- Plastic bottles – soft drink, water, juice, flavoured milk, etc.
- Aluminium cans – soft drinks, energy drinks, etc.
- Glass bottles – beer, cider, small juice bottles
- Steel cans
- Liquid paperboard cartons – small poppers or juice boxes (up to 1L)
Containers must:
- Be between 150mL and 3L in size
- Be empty, uncrushed, and unbroken
- Have the barcode intact
How to donate your refunds to DeadlyScience
- Step 1: Set a collection goal (e.g. 1,000 cans)
- Step 2: Collect eligible containers for recycling
- Step 3: Find your nearest Return and Earn point here.
- Step 4: Choose to donate your refund to DeadlyScience and keep your receipt
- Step 5: Submit your Return & Earn receipt by selecting the button below.
- Step 6: Keep recycling, keep donating, and stay deadly!
